Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Custom or wholesale orders may take longer.

Shipping
We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already begun on your item.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact me with photos and your order number. I’ll work with you on a solution.
